This folder is created automatically the first time you run Pegasus
Mail: it is a general-purpose folder you can use for anything, but it also
has another attribute that you might find useful.

You can configure Pegasus Mail so that any mail left in your new mail
folder that you have read but not moved or deleted is automatically
moved into this folder when the new mail folder is closed. To turn this
feature on, move the mouse to the 'Tools' menu and click it: from the
menu select 'Options' to open the Pegasus Mail options dialog. Select
the 'Basic settings' page in the list of available settings pages.

The name of this folder, 'Main folder' should appear in the field called
'Name for default mail folder' - if it doesn't, type it in. Then make sure
that the check box called 'Allow read messages to stay in the new
mail folder' is unchecked.

Now, all mail that you read and leave in the new mail folder will be
moved here when you close the new mail folder.
